This page explains how to permanently delete your School Alumni account and associated personal data.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Sign in to the School Alumni App.
- Open My Profile.
- Select Delete Account near the Privacy Policy link.
- Confirm your Google identity and the deletion request.
Deletion initiated and confirmed in the App is processed immediately.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you cannot access the App, email katrukatru@gmail.com from the Google email address registered with your account. Use the subject School Alumni Account Deletion and include your full name. Never send your password. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Valid email requests will normally be completed within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your alumni profile and associated personal and contact information.
- Your education, location, profession, and profile visibility information.
- Your uploaded profile photograph and school proof, if provided.
- Your Firebase authentication account used to sign in to the App.
Limited Data Retention
Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Such records are not retained for normal alumni-directory use.
